Description
Directions for use:
Put a heaped teaspoon of fire bark tea in a cup. Add boiling water to fill 1/3 of a cup, allow to cool stirring occasionally. Strain off the stalks and add the mixture to a glass of milk, flavoured milk or yoghurt.
